Board of Directors
	The Board of Directors has the overall responsibilities for reviewing and adopting strategic plans for the Company, overseeing the conduct of business of the Company, implementing an appropriate system of risk management and ensuring the adequacy and the integrity of the Company’s internal control systems. The Board of Directors is made up of 7 members, 5 Non-Executive Directors and 2 Executive Directors. There are 3 Independent Non-Executive Directors on the Board.
